Dr. Shawn L. Frugé is a licensed forensic, clinical, and consulting psychologist.

He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Research, Clinical Director, and Grants & Contractor Manager for companies throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Dr. Frugé is also licensed through the Industrial Medical Council of the California Division of Workers’ Compensation, and is bestowed the titles of Qualified Medical Examiner, Subject Matter Expert, and Subsequent Injury Benefits Trust Fund Evaluator.

Dr. Alexis N. Green-Frugé holds a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology.

She provides a unique blend of clinical, forensic, industrial, and performance psychology services to organizations that serve urban youth throughout California.

Dr. Green-Frugé is the Co-Founder of Holpentech Innovations, Inc. and uses her insights to inform development of performance and clinical products.

Business Advisor

A proven leader in the healthcare space with a long career spanning multiple roles of increasing seniority, Mr. Mimms serves as an advisor and equity partner with Dr. Shawn L. Frugé and Dr. Alexis N. Green-Frugé.

Legal Advisor

A specialist in IP and working with startups, Ms. Cavella serves as a non-equity advisor to Dr. Shawn L. Frugé and Dr. Alexis N. Green-Frugé.

Ms. Cavella successfully started and grew her own law office to become a go-to source for startups looking for legal counsel.
